We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client's team. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve customer complaints.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
