The Echo Trailblazers internship gives you the confidence, community, and communication skills needed to forge a new path. As a member of the Echo Global Logistics team, you’ll work on real-world projects, learn from logistics legends, and work toward a common goal: simplifying transportation for our clients and carriers. You will be on the road to success as an Echo Trailblazer!Spend your summer learning all the ins and outs of a sales team! After your training, you will be partnered with a mentor within our Sales team. You will spend the summer learning both the logistics industry and the full process of becoming a rock star sales rep! We foster a passionate, driven sales force in the 3PL space, the fastest growing segment within transportation. Our reps stop at nothing to close business, offer solutions and solve problems for our clients’ diverse shipping needs. What We're Looking for Passion for Logistics: A keen interest and willingness to learn and try new things Possess a can-do attitude and believes anything is possible with the right focus Be organized, professional, and coachable with strong problem solving, communication, time management, and project management skills Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and support the team in various ways

Client Sales Responsibilities & Job Duties Build, maintain and manage account relationships Profile and analyze accounts to overcome any objections and generate quality opportunities Present the value of Echo’s services to prospective and existing clients Collaborate with internal departments to ensure world class customer service on every shipment Work in conjunction with teammates to prioritize and service customers in a timely fashion Monitor progress of shipments to ensure coverage, on-time performance and the resolution of any mid-transit issues

Requirements Must be able to start June 1, 2026 and complete the entire 10 week program Currently enrolled at a university as a rising senior, with at least one semester remaining after completion of internship Able to work in our Detroit office 3 days and hybrid 2 days a week No major or GPA requirements
