This role involves managing individual contributors and vendors, developing tactical and operational plans, to support organizational objectives and business goals. The Technical Product Owner will develop roadmaps aligning with strategic technology programs and business needs.</p><p></p><p>The location for this position is <b>Wilson, North Carolina – USA </b>and requires all days 5 days on site per week.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Product owner for digital product and/or digital site services. Owns product life cycle, product roadmap and deliver of product increments.</li><li>Allocates resources to create solutions to business problems and outlines the solutions via clear and executable product requirements. Focuses and prioritizes the team’s execution on the most business-critical problems.</li><li>Manages individual contributors and vendors. Develops tactical and operational plans to achieve site specific Technology Product & Platform Management goals and communicates plans to managers, supervisors, and individual contributors.</li><li>Supports financial planning and controlling.</li><li>Supports technology strategy for business partners and develops product roadmaps.</li><li>Develops insights for site leadership. Contributes to technology projects, programs, and processes. Creates reports, visualizations or other documents. Presents findings and provides updates on status to team and management.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position</li><li>Experience in leading and managing vendors</li><li>Experience in a (pharmaceutical) manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong understanding of GMP requirements and processes</li><li>Strong experience in SDLC process</li><li>Substantial skills in manufacturing relevant IT technologies (Digital and Innovation)</li><li>Focus on Business agility and challenge thinking</li><li>Adept in ISA-95 model</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.</li><li>Adept in financial management</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Experience playing a manufacturing site level role.</li><li>Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industries.</li><li>Experience with manufacturing-related systems (e.g., MES PAS-X, SAP ERP, LIMS, CMMS, Truvault) and ecosystem integration.</li><li>Experience in data platforms and solutions (Azure Data Lake, GraphDB, Time Series DB) is a big plus</li><li>Experience in integrations technologies (MQTT Brokers, High Byte, Kafka,….) is a big plus</li><li>Experience in AI/ML, Model Mgmt, Data Science, Prompt Engineering, MLOps is a big plus</li><li>Familiarity with Quality-related systems (e.g Truvault, QMS,…)</li><li>Experience in solutioning and architecture.</li><li>Familiarity with OT systems and OT integrations (e.g Kepware, DeltaV, PLC,…)</li><li>Experience handling Cybersecurity</li><li>Experience in Agile, Scrum and Project Management</li><li>Understanding of product Lifecyle</li></ul><p></p><p>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
