• What Youll Be Doing:

  As an In-Home Family Services Specialist, youll work directly with families to help them overcome challenges and build skills for long-term success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing in-home support and teaching practical skills to strengthen families.
• Connecting families with community resources such as schools, healthcare, and social services.

• Who Were Looking For:

• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in human services or related field and 1 year of experience working with children and families
  • OR (in rural Iowa) Associates degree and 2 years of experience
  • OR (in rural Iowa) 4 years combined education and experience
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Bilingual skills are a plus
